A leader's perspective...

I often slip into my hammock and dream that I am back in Costa Rica. I imagine myself waking to the sweet aroma of coffee plants after the rain, eating bunches of tropical fruit, hearing the romantic call of the quetzal bird ring out across the rainforest, feeling the sand between my toes and the waves lapping at my ankles as I admire the sunset, and I imagine the beaming smiles of the Ticos (Costa Ricans) welcoming me back to their homeland. I remember seeing the Arenal Volcano erupting before my eyes and then the next day a lazy sloth was grinning at me from a jungle canopy. A popular saying there is 'Pura vida' (pure life). I think that sums Costa Rica up perfectly. I'm hooked and I am sure that you will be too!
