Intrepid currently has 3 reservations offices, in Australia, UK and USA. Our reservations teams are at the heart of it all - it's all about our trips, literally 24 hours a day! Imagine, one minute you're talking to a new passenger via email, the next to an agent in London by phone! Direct, wholesale and web bookings - we do them all, and it's a complete team effort, as we don't compete for bookings and commissions, but share the workload and success.
