Intrepid Group Leaders come from a variety of backgrounds. Many will have had previous experience in tourism but this is not essential. Our leaders take great pride in showing travellers the heart and soul of the countries they live in. We are strongly committed to principles of responsible travel and want like-minded people to become Group Leaders: energetic, friendly, intelligent, honest and fun loving. You must be extremely well organised and have exceptional problem solving and people skills to give our travellers the best possible experience. Broad travel within your region (country/continent) and a love of working with people are real assets in this job - and make no mistake - it's fun but it's demanding too!
